Verify your plan before your procedure

Please contact your physician's office to verify acceptance of your insurance plan. Qualifications for insurance coverage may differ due to the uniqueness of each procedure.

Plan networks and products change over time, and participation can vary by specific product within the same carrier. Confirming ahead of your visit is the surest way to avoid an unexpected bill.

Billing

Understanding your bill.

Screening vs. diagnostic

A screening colonoscopy is performed when you have no symptoms and are due for routine colorectal cancer screening. A diagnostic colonoscopy investigates a symptom or follows up on a prior finding.

Many plans cover these differently, and a screening procedure may be reclassified if a polyp is found and removed. Your physician's office can help you understand what to expect.

Payment options

For details on payment options, please speak with our Financial Coordinator or contact your physician's office.

Before your visit

Bring your insurance card and a photo ID to your appointment, along with any completed forms.

Questions about coverage?

Your physician's office can verify your plan.

Coverage depends on your plan, your product, and the procedure itself. Confirming before your visit is always worth the call.
